TheDude2371 Posted March 23, 2023 Clone Share Posted March 23, 2023 I'm looking to create a printout of the User's Guide and Dice Tower support pages as PDFs. They save just fine except for one major item -- images do not appear to be saving/printing when sending to a PDF or when printing directly. This is happening in several different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi and other Chromium-based browsers). I was hoping to have a hard copy guide so I don't have to have tabs for those pages open all the time and needing to flip back and forth between what I'm writing and the reference material. Is there a way to do what I want to do, or am I stuck with needing the tabs open for reference?
bwatford Posted March 23, 2023 Clone Share Posted March 23, 2023 When you go to print to PDF, go to "more settings" and choose to print background images and that should fix the issue for you.
TheDude2371 Posted March 30, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted March 30, 2023 It does not. I've tried this with Chromium-based (Vivaldi, Opera, Chrome) Firebox browsers. All effects the same. Llyarden Posted March 30, 2023 Clone Share Posted March 30, 2023 (edited) Make sure that the images are actually loaded in the browser before you save. From what I've noticed you actually have to scroll down in the browser to see an image (or rather, see where an image should be) before it will load, and it's particularly noticeable in the user guides.
