WYSIWYG Editor vs Style Tags

Turns out if you put <style> tags in via the source editor, the WYSIWYG editor correctly applies them...

...but then they get stripped out when you submit the post.

There should probably be something that makes the WYSIWYG editor remove style tags if they're added via the source editor.

(I wasn't really expecting to be able to use style tags in my post, I just tried it idly to see if it worked because it's a lot easier to track who's saying what, but when it worked in the WYSIWYG preview I thought there might be some clever coding that allowed it.)

I can put this on the low-priority list. Ultimately there's nothing stopping a user from editing via developer mode which would bypass any such restrictions, which is why there's a second-layer sanitizer at the server level. I'll have to see whether it's simple to extend the source plugin for CKEditor to do what you're suggesting.
