Colin Posted February 20, 2023 Clone Share Posted February 20, 2023 Something that just got brought to our attention on the site's Discord server: The Games view was set to card for the default, which is something we were almost positive had been set to list as the default to make it more in line with OGMW! This has been changed so that List View is the default view for games. It's easy for users to set their preferred view by using the buttons in the top right of games list (and other forum areas), as pictured in the third spoiler. Suzuki Stumpy Posted February 21, 2023 Clone Share Posted February 21, 2023 I have to say, there appears to be much wasted space in list view. Is it possible to either: Expand the summary text so that it fills up the empty space, or Get the owner and statistics to display on the same line as the summary I just feel that this would make better use of the screen. RainHarlow Posted March 27, 2023 Clone Share Posted March 27, 2023 I tend to feel that the purpose of a list is to have more information. Or condense a large # of entries. As it stands, the cards at least show a larger image than the list, while the list adds seemingly nothing and looks a bit off. It doesn't even save space because the cards do a double row. The game listing is stuck on grid view. I can click the two buttons, but they just reload the page in grid view. They don't even highlight in different colors to indicate I've switched views (or tried to). I only just now noticed the issue because I wanted to see what List looks like. Fixed as in right now, validated on Chrome latest; the workaround being a data issue, it shouldn't require anything more than reloading the page. If you're still experiencing, I need a specific URL so I can try to reproduce since it's looking fine for me on Games, My Games, and Advertisements.
