That actress is leaning heavily the Carrie Fisher vibe. It’s something in the style of battle beyond the stars, coukd this be the time guardian? I'm pretty sure this was filmed before she was doing all the young teen angst stuff but then sat on a shelf and they brought it out when she was suddenly popular.
