  1. Let's get some unknown security officers dressed in red uniforms in here to beam down with the landing party immediately!!!
  2. Raziel's Key Stats - Wisdom 20, Charisma 16 (Cleric)
  3. Ulfgrim Ironhide, Warrior from the North - Northern Barbarian QUICK STATS: AC=20, Touch=13, FF=18 / HP=52/55 / Init=4 / Saves: Fort=9, Reflex=5, Will=6 _________________________________________________________________________ After Hjarlof lifts Ulfgrim's spirit with words of praise regarding the barbarian's battle prowess and heals most of the warrior's wounds with voice-empowered verses known to Skalds, Ulfgrim leans down and says in a lowered voice, "Thank you my brother. Your words have renewed my soul." Thereafter, when Ranulf shouts words of praise and glory to Ulfgrim and the other worthy combatants around the ship, the large barbarian smiles and slightly raises and tips his axe in a return salute recognizing Ranulf's and the other survivors' equivalent bravery and glory. However, when several members of the armed contingent bring up the unexpected appearance of an Outlander on board during the fight with the pirates, the controversy draws the large warrior's immediate attention. Ulfgrim had briefly noticed the bowman during the skirmish, after all it was hard to miss someone with charcoal dark hair, smokey eyes, burnt brown skin, who is bedecked in feathers and rune marked armor and weapons. Such was especially true when the bowman had introduced himself to Ulfgrim by zipping a pair of arrows directly past his head, both fired with lightning speed as they 'zinged' past his ear just before burying themselves into the raider whom the barbarian was fighting. After the apparent stowaway had lit small bowl of herbs on fire and had approached both the living and dead to allow its smoke to waft over them, Ulfgrim is not surprised when the fellow reveals that he is a Shaman after the smoke ritual, but he is shocked when the man claims to hail from across the boundless great sea. Strange talk, thinks Ulfgrim to himself. The Shaman claims to know of the White Bear, the depths of which has been tested by Hjarlof. This, coupled with the one-eyed warrior, Sven's, direct questioning of Grey-Feather, however, allows the barbarian to wait and hear the stowaway's response before speaking as he puts the finishing touches on his War Axe and then stows his whetstone. 4. Thanks for the healing, but I'm not sure how it works. Do I add the healing to replace the missing hit points? or Does it convert the missing hit points to subdual damage? or Do I need to sleep or engage in any activity for it to work? Please anyone advise! Thanks! 😀
  5. Well, I've seen enough. I say we re-vote!
  6. Ulfgrim Ironhide, Warrior from the North - Northern Barbarian QUICK STATS: AC=20, Touch=13, FF=18 / HP=39/55 / Init=4 / Saves: Fort=9, Reflex=5, Will=6 _________________________________________________________________________ When the last of the Raider crew falls and only their Captain is still standing, Ulfgrim quickly lowers his bloodied weapon as others negotiate duels and deals with ships and crews that affects the barbarian, his family, his tribe, his clan and Jarl, as well as this mission and even the ship we sail upon, apparently without needing the input of anyone else. Presuming leadership was strikingly dissimilar to his own tribe where such was earned, nonetheless Ulfgrim simply shakes his head and keeps his mouth shut, after all he had been warned by the village Shaman that those he will meet and others he will encounter on this quest will be very different and cannot be judged simply on such differences. As such, the massive warrior just frowns and says a silent prayer to the gods for the fallen while rinsing his wounds with fresh clear water, which then intermingles and dilutes the spilt blood of others on the ship's deck. Once done, the big barbarian stows his waterskin and walks over to stand near the kneeling Skald from his clan. "Well done," is all Ulfgrim says to Hjarlofas he cleans the ichor and gore from his Axe before using his whetstone to resharpen the blade as the warrior watches the duel with interest. There were many things that rode upon the words, and now deeds of others, which was another thing the village Shaman had warned the independent barbarian about having to get used to in connection with this quest. However, when the telling blow is struck by the warrior who is using two weapons, Ulfgrim yells out, "Sjá Valhǫl," after the Pirate Captain dies a noble death in fair battle! Then mutters to himself again under his breath, "Sjá Valhǫl," before calling out to the winner of the duel, "WELL DONE!" Stange style, but dangerously effective, Ulfgrim thinks to himself with a smile and new appreciation for his colleagues as he continues to sharpen his Axe blade with the whetstone, hoping for some healing and some ale, and not necessarily in that order! Mechanics Free Action: Speak Move Action: Swift Action: Move: To stand next to Hjarlofas Standard Action: Sharpen Axe with Whetstone Continuing Effects: None

    Ooc

If the human is a caster, we might want to spread out to avoid area of effect spells. Regardless, we should keep the two warriors out in front, possibly spread out but also close enough so that any creature attempting to get by them will suffer an AoO and not have a free path to charge the rear flanks (casters). Also, I would have attacked the human first, but at that point he had cover from pair of critters, but the creatures instead were flat-footed with no cover.

"Investigate the rest of the village, scavenge supplies and crab meat from the beach which should be cured, salted or smoked before it spoils, take on the Ghouls again, find a clean water source, or see to some other task," he sincerely asks? If no one has anything specific that they want to accomplish and, assuming that the crab meat has been secured and somehow preserved or cooked, then the holy man will see to securing and cleaning up the local chapel, so the people have a place to pray and see to their spiritual needs. 9. Father Wilwick Bramblemane, Halfling Cleric QUICK STATS: AC=18, Touch=12, FF=18 / HP= 8/13 / Init=0 / Saves: Fort=6, Reflex=2, Will = 7 ________________________________________________________________________ After finding the secret passage and the experts in the group ensuring that the path was trap-free, Father Bramblemane grows weary of waiting and simply whisper to the sneakier folks in the group, "Please investigate this newly found passageway for traps and tricks." Once the hallway has been cleared, Willwick quietly moves forward before stopping at the intersection to carefully listen. If it is quiet, then the cleric peeks down each of the hallways while using the corner of the walls as partial cover as the diminutive priest watches and listens for the sight or sound of movement or anything unusual. 10. Brother Vanleaf moves quietly forward to the next corner so he can provide the front scouts with potential cover fire if necessary, keeping his eyes and ears focused on the immediate surroundings.
