When you need money you're adventurers you find Adventure. In the search for jobs you You post how and where you're looking for any paid jobs and if you Find any new threads will be created usually. It takes about twenty four hours for jobs to be refreshed
If you're doing jobs on the ship's time then the standard split applies for any work you complete. If you're doing jobs to make money for yourself you have to do them on your downtime
